Free Returns in Australia: We offer free returns and exchanges for customers in Australia using our easy RETURN PORTAL HERE.  You don’t have to worry about any additional shipping fees. Please note that customs and duty charges already paid cannot be refunded.

New Zealand Customers: For our customers in New Zealand, return shipping costs are typically at your expense unless the item is faulty. However, all exchanges are free. If you need to return an item for a refund or exchange from New Zealand, please contact us first.
