How to start my return/exchange process?Updated 2 months ago

1. Visit our return portal here and enter your order number (starting with #AUS) and email from your order confirmation email.
2. Choose the items to return and select one of the following options:

• Exchange: Mention your preferred style in the comment box, and we'll process it within a few days.
• Refund: We'll process your refund once we've received and inspected the items.
• Store Credit: We'll issue a gift card with extra bonus within a few days.

3. Confirm your details and proceed.
4. Please drop off your return at any Australia Post Office or a post box; carrier pick-up is no longer available.
5. Once confirmed, you'll receive an email with the shipping label. Attach it to your package.
